Adaptive Service Management: Supplies Status

The Supplies Status page is used to visualize the Device, alerts and status  information.

The page can be accessed by Administrators, Dealer Admins and Customer Users with appropriate access.

It can be reached from Alerts / View Active Alerts menu by clicking on View column from the grid that contains the Consumable Alerts.

This page presents the general information about the Consumable Alerts of a specific device.

Area (1) is used for navigation through the devices. The user can choose a manufacturer, model, serial number and an equipment ID or he can view the next/previous device by pressing the navigation buttons. Navigating through the Alerts can be done using < and > buttons.

Area (2) displays a series of device informations: the account the device belongs to, its location, IP address, device type if the device is color or mono and the ammount of monthly printed pages.

Area (3) contains 5 tabs displaying information about:

- Consumables status reported by the device: name, coverage, remaining level, last status update date, OEM part number, Vendor part number, capacity, number of pages printed and the status itself. The Capacity column displays either a valid value reported by the device or the Yield value specified by the Dealer, Supplier or FMAudit Side-by-Side, as configured under Consumable Costs Settings in ASM Global Settings page. For a device with multiple alerts for a Consumable, the most significant Alert Status is represented as follows:

           Overdue – is the most significant alert status.

           Waiting for Approval – if there are no Overdue alerts.

           Alert – if there are no Overdue or Waiting for Approval Alerts.

           Submitted & Overdue – if there are no Overdue, Waiting for Approval or Alert Alerts.

           Submitted – if there are no Overdue, Waiting for Approval , Alert or Submitted & Overdue Alerts.

           AllOk – if there are no Overdue, Waiting for Approval , Alert, Submitted & Overdue or Submitted Alerts.

           Ignored [Managed Consumables] – if there are no Overdue, Waiting for Approval , Alert, Submitted & Overdue, Submitted or AllOk Alerts.

         or   Archived or Stale – if there are no Overdue, Waiting for Approval , Alert, Submitted & Overdue, Submitted, AllOk or Ignored Alerts.

- Historical evolution tab displays the evolution in time of the consumables.

- Supplies with Dismissed Alerts: in this tab the user can see and set various settings related to the consumables.

- Meter reads: displays the meters read from the device such as the printed pages, fax pages, listed pages.

- Service Information: shows general service information as: the Device Console Message, Printer Status, the Printer Error State(s) combination, as well as the Service Contact (ehere available)./a>
